By accessing or using CRM Health Scanner ("the Service"), operated by CRM Health Scanner ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
CRM Health Scanner is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that integrates with HubSpot CRM to analyze contact data quality, generate data health scores, calculate estimated revenue impact, and provide data cleanup tools. The Service includes free scanning, paid cleanup features, agency dashboards, and white-label PDF reporting.
To use the Service, you must connect your HubSpot account via OAuth. By connecting your account, you represent that you have the authority to grant access to the HubSpot portal being connected. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
The Service connects to your HubSpot account using HubSpot's official OAuth 2.0 authorization. We request only the permissions necessary to read contact data for scanning and, if you opt in, write permissions for cleanup operations. We do not modify your HubSpot data unless you explicitly initiate a cleanup action. Free scan operations are strictly read-only.
The data health scores and revenue impact estimates provided by the Service are based on industry benchmarks and statistical models, including published research from Gartner and SiriusDecisions. These figures are estimates only and should not be treated as guaranteed financial outcomes. Actual revenue impact may vary based on your specific business context.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly via PayPal. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
The free tier of the Service allows you to scan your HubSpot portal and view your data health score and estimated revenue impact. The free tier is available indefinitely, though we reserve the right to modify or discontinue it with 30 days' written notice.
Agency accounts allow users to connect and manage multiple HubSpot portals. By connecting a client's portal, you represent that you have proper authorization from the portal owner to grant access to the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your clients are informed about the use of the Service on their portals.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; (d) resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent; (e) use the Service to collect, store, or process data in violation of applicable privacy laws; or (f) reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
The Service, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by CRM Health Scanner and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights. White-label PDF reports generated through agency accounts may be presented under your agency's branding, but the underlying technology and methodology remain our property.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRM Health Scanner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting your HubSpot account and canceling any active subscriptions.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland, Australia.
